Music is my muse. Literally. I listen to music when I do anything bc it’s truly such a huge, important part of my life and especially when I’m feeling in a rut or creative block, I just lean on my playlists and I start to get the itch to create again; ultimately why I love sorting and creating playlists for each mood, timeframe, space, holidays… everything.
Speaking of the holidays, although I generally love hearing Christmas music everywhere I go, I tend to love the unique, less heard of songs vs the typical Mariah Carey versions; She’s great, don’t get me wrong, but they can truly be so overhyped before the holiday season starts, and leaves me so over it by the time December 1st hits.
