When it comes to posting photos/videos on Instagram and Pinterest, the number question I get is “Where is x from?!” no matter what I post about, I always get inquiries about where something can be found. The good news is that 99.9% of the time, I’ve already tagged the products via the LTK.it app for your shopping ease so I wanted to do a post on how to shop my posts via the LiketoKnow.it app.
So what is LiketoKnow.it?
If you aren’t already familiar, LiketoKnow.it is an app that features commissionable links with everything from home decor, fashion to the best beauty products and you can find it all on the LTK.it app. If you’re still confused, you’ve probably seen these similarly recognizable, yet always (annoyingly) un-clickable links under some of your favorite posts on IG that look similar to this: http://liketk.it/2YbWr with usually a few familiar or similar hashtags to follow. Since the links are *always* un-clickable, you’re probably wondering how you’re supposed to “shop the post” without having to go into the web, type in the link and hope you got it right on the first try and the good news is, LiketoKnow.it agrees that that’s too much work and has made a really easy alternative way to shop the posts you see on IG by downloading their app.
HOW TO ‘SHOP THE POST’:
1. Download the LiketoKnow.it app through the app store on your phone
2. Create an account
3. Go Back to your IG account
4. Screenshot all of your favorite photos from the influencers you follow
5. Head back to the LiketoKnow.it app and from there, you will see all of the photos you’ve liked and screenshot that have clickable LiketoKnow.it links that look something like this:
From there, you’ll just tap on the picture of the item that you’re interested in and the app will send you straight to the website where you can make your purchase.
Once you get into it, it’s really simple, easy and an overall convenient way to keep all of your likes and wants in one place for you to shop now, or later.
